Ms. Nemo is back..full of piss and vinegar…
You guys should do some of these and post them on the forum….LOL. I’m going to start posting these every thursday.
I like your replies/answers but I won’t admit it
ha ha ha sounds like you just did.
Love your blog as usual, Scarlet. However, the guy in the first question has a legitimate complaint. He’s not just talking about a bulb. He has correctly determined that there may well be a wiring problem since the bulb took out the switch AND the ceiling fan as well. I hate to get all “Miss Know-Everything” on anyone (because I clearly don’t know everything or I wouldn’t be having my own problems) but in most states, where there are these kinds of safety issues, or issues where the landlord could potentially be in breach of the lease, the tenant can go to housing court in his area, pay his rent into an escrow account and the landlord will figure out that he really might have a problem, assuming s/he doesn’t get served by the Court first. Seriously, if there is a wiring problem, that could cause a fire. Fires hurt animals and people–unless they’re pyromaniacs, of course. The people; not the animals.
I didn’t even read his question lol.
